No ad pixels
We never sell your data. We never will. And we never tell Meta or Google what you test for.

No ad code on our site
We don’t put any ad platform’s code on caladx.com. No Meta pixel, no Google tag, no TikTok pixel.
You can check. Open your browser’s developer tools on any page of caladx.com and look at the network requests. You won’t see facebook.com, facebook.net, google-analytics.com, googletagmanager.com, doubleclick.net or tiktok.com.
We never sell your data
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. And we never will.
We never tell Meta or Google what you test for
We don’t give Meta, Google, TikTok or any other ad platform the tests you look at, what you order, your results or your email address. Your tests and results never go to advertisers.
One thing we can’t change: Instagram, Facebook and TikTok often open links in their own built-in browser, and the app can see the pages you visit there. To avoid that, open caladx.com in Safari or Chrome.
No screen recording
We don’t record your screen, your clicks or what you type. Some sites do this with tools called session replay. We don’t use them.
We don’t keep your results
When you open your results, our server fetches them for you, after checking the order is yours. We show them to you and don’t keep a copy.
We do keep a record of each order, such as the tests, the lab and the price, so you can see your orders and we can help with them.
No passwords
You sign in with a 6-digit code we email you. There’s no password to forget, reuse or leak.
Card details only on Stripe
You pay on Stripe’s own checkout page, not ours, so we never see your card number.
Besides your card, Stripe gets your email and the amount. The order line says “CalaDX laboratory order”, not the tests you chose.
What does run on our site
Some things do run here, and we’d rather say so.
- Page counts. Cloudflare, which hosts our site, counts page views with its Web Analytics. It doesn’t use cookies.
- Sign-in. Clerk runs our sign-in. Its code runs on every page to check whether you’re signed in, and it sets its own cookies, even if you never sign in.
- Creator links and codes. If a creator’s link or code brought you here, we keep their code in a cookie on our site for 30 days. If you order, once your order reaches the lab, we tell FirstPromoter, which runs our referral program, the creator’s code, our order reference and the amount, so the creator gets paid. Never your name, email or tests.
- Your order. The people who fill it, like the physician who reviews it and the lab that runs your tests, get what they need to do that.
