From selection to results.

Choose your blood test panels online, visit a participating laboratory, and access your available reports in your account.

1. Start with your ZIP. Enter the ZIP where you will be tested to see the participating laboratories nearby and your local price for each panel. Compare the included test groups and add your chosen panels; some panels contain the same tests. Pricing and clinical review are being finalized before ordering opens.
2. Review and check out. Choose a collection site, then create your account or sign in. Enter your patient information and review the required consent forms. Once your order is eligible, continue to Stripe for payment.
3. Prepare for your lab visit. Your order goes through independent physician review. Wait for your requisition, follow the laboratory’s preparation instructions, and confirm its current hours and appointment requirements. Selecting a location in CalaDX does not book an appointment.
4. Access your reports. Sign in and open My Orders to access available reports and PDF downloads. Timing varies by test and laboratory. Share your report with your clinician to discuss what the results mean for you.
